Google Tag Manager

What is Google Tag Manager (GTM)? Google Tag Manager is a free tool that allows you manage and deploy marketing tags (snippets of code or tracking pixels) on your website (or mobile app) without having to modify the code. Here’s a very simple example of how GTM works. Information from one data source (your website) is shared with another data source (Analytics) through Google Tag Manager. GTM becomes very handy when you have lots of tags to manage because all of the code is stored in one place. A huge benefit of Tag Manager is that you, the marketer, can manage the code on your own. “No more developers needed. Whoo hoo!

Let's get wild

Let's get wild !! For the biggest benifit from being in nature The saying "life's not meant to be lived in one place" is a common one among Pinterest travel boards and wanderlusty Instagram accounts. But in the real world, it's not so easy — it takes time and money to travel to wild and exotic places. Yet exploring your local wilderness or hiking somewhere nearby can be just as beneficial as traveling somewhere new, as long as you do it right. Maybe all you really need to do  is go deeper, explore further, and most importantly, get wilder. Early to bed , early to rise maketh man healthy and wise!!

Early to bed , early to rise maketh man healthy and wise!!  True , waking early has its own benifits . Here are few tips to practice waking up early  Imagine waking up at 5 a.m., well-rested and ready for the day. The sun hasn't risen. Everything is quiet. You drink some tea, do a crossword, and achieve self-actualization. It sounds like a fantasy, but it's far from impossible. Sleep is definitely amazing, but the early morning is also a great time to get things done. At 5 a.m., no one at work expects you to chat or reply to emails, and no one you live with expects you to make them breakfast or listen to their morning pump-up jams. It's sort of like you're the lone survivor of the apocalypse, in a non-scary way. The peace and quiet is great for tackling challenging projects, whether that's "eating the frog" by tackling your biggest task early or squeezing in a workout before work. (Last-minute obligations often crop up at night, but a morning workout is a ...

The reason for stress.Too much is too bad!!

The reason for stress.Too much is too bad!!  Having too many choices stress us out , and it could be bad for health . Log onto Netflix, and you'll be presented with a menu of nearly 6,000 titles. Create an OkCupid account, and you'll have the chance to connect with 5 million other active users. Search for a new toothbrush on Amazon, and you'll be bombarded with over 20,000 options, ranging from manual to mechanical, from packs of three to packs of 12. As someone who is comically indecisive — and who studies stress — I often think about the pressure of making decisions when presented with so many options. What do we experience, in the moment, when we decide from an abundance of choices? Does it cause us to shut down or does it energize us? Does it make us feel more confident or less confident? Could it have a lasting impact on our health and well-being? Freedom of choice is a pillar of Western culture. But there's such a thing as too much choice. Researcher...
